- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new releases), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
4. International Shipping
- At this time, DELOE LLC does not offer international shipping.
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).
- If applicable, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
- DELOE LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- DELOE LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

9. Rates
· Standard shipping is 8.00 USD
· Express is 15.00 USD
· Anything $70 and above , before taxes and fees upon purchase , shipping will be FREE
